One Account Only

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Deposit Terms
The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds at ku89: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).
The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200. No deposits below this limit will be accepted. Funds deposited must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Each withdrawal request is typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal funds will be sent back to the same payment method and the same account used for the deposit.
- Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal.
- Winnings earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit at ku89, you can receive a 200% bonus up to ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and get a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳3,000.
Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 (৳2,000 × 15) in bets before withdrawing.
General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
- A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus offer is active.
- ku89 reserves the right to cancel a bonus without explanation if misuse is suspected.
- Certain games may be excluded from bets placed with bonus funds — this list can be obtained from the support team.
- If you attempt to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
6 Game Rules
ku89 offers casino games (slots, live casino, table games) and sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, etc.). Each game has its own rules which can be viewed after launching the game.
General Game Terms
- Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be influenced in any way.
- If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- If your internet connection is lost during a game session, the game result will be saved and can be viewed after reconnecting.
- If a dispute arises over a game result, ku89's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
Sports Betting

7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
- Abusing bonuses or attempting to circumvent bonus terms.
- Opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once.
- Registering an account using someone else's identity or with false information.
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.

Closing Your Own Account
You may voluntarily close your ku89 account at any time. To do so, contact the support team. Any valid balance should be withdrawn before closing the account. It is also possible to take a temporary break under the responsible gaming facility.
